Challenge
Jim's Electrical had genuine completed work and an established service offering, but needed a repeatable social media system that could turn real projects into visible proof, explain services clearly, build trust and make the next step easy for potential customers.
Solution
Yuganta Tech created a working brand direction, proof-led content strategy, four-week calendar and coordinated creative system. The September series balanced completed-work proof, service education, trust, process clarity, local relevance and direct enquiry prompts.
Overview
Jim's Electrical provides reliable and friendly electrical services across Australia. The business already had the strongest raw material for credible social media content: real work that potential customers could see and understand.
The opportunity was to turn that work into a consistent monthly system that looked professional, explained services clearly and gave customers a simple next step.
Yuganta Tech developed the working brand direction, content strategy, monthly plan, copy and creative system for the September 2026 content cycle.
The Challenge
Individual project photos can show good workmanship, but they do not automatically create a clear or recognisable social presence. Without a planned mix, trade-business pages can become repetitive, overly promotional or unclear about what customers should do next.
Jim's Electrical needed content that could combine genuine project proof with useful education, service awareness, trust and direct enquiry prompts.
The content also needed firm editorial boundaries. Electrical information had to stay practical without encouraging unsafe DIY work. Reviews, service claims, pricing and performance outcomes could only be used when verified.

Our Approach
We started with the questions a customer is likely to ask before contacting an electrician: What work does the business do? Can I trust the workmanship? When should I call a professional? What happens after I make contact? How do I request help?
1. A practical brand direction
The working system used a clean blue-led visual style with restrained orange accents, clear service labels, minimal on-image copy and genuine job photography wherever it was available.
2. A proof-led content strategy
Completed work and project proof formed the strongest pillar, supported by service education, trust, local relevance and direct conversion content. The principle was simple: show before making a claim.
3. A four-week customer journey
The sequence moved from problem recognition to proof, broadened service understanding, explained the enquiry process, reinforced trust and finished with a clear call to action.
4. A controlled production workflow
The work was organised through strategy, calendar preparation, creative production, approval or scheduling, and weekly content review. This created a repeatable process rather than a collection of unrelated posts.

What We Created
The September series contained eight content tasks, all marked approved or scheduled in ClickUp:
- 5 Electrical Warning Signs You Shouldn't Ignore
- A Small Lighting Upgrade. A Big Difference.
- More Than Just Fixing Power Points
- DIY or Call an Electrician?
- Need an Electrician? Here's What Happens Next.
- Good Lighting Should Do More Than Look Good
- What Our Customers Say
- Got an Electrical Job That Needs Sorting?
Drive contained sixteen PNG creative files for the series. Posts 1 and 5 used multi-frame creative, while the remaining topics were supported by standalone designs.

A Safer Editorial Standard
Electrical content carries responsibilities that do not apply to every industry. The system was designed to provide useful context without giving technical instructions that could encourage unsafe or unlicensed work.
- Use genuine project photography wherever available.
- Keep the Jim's Electrical logo unchanged.
- Use straightforward Australian English and practical, non-fear-based education.
- Do not invent reviews, licences, guarantees, response times, prices or results.
- Give every post one clear customer action.
Delivery Outcomes
The work established a recognisable first-month content system that Jim's Electrical can repeat and improve.
- A documented brand direction and content strategy
- A balanced four-week plan covering proof, education, trust and conversion
- Eight content tasks approved or scheduled in ClickUp
- Sixteen coordinated PNG creative assets organised in Drive
- Four weekly published-content review checkpoints marked complete
These are verified delivery outcomes. Reach, engagement, clicks, enquiries and revenue uplift have not been included because supporting analytics were not available in the reviewed source files.
What This Shows for Australian Trade Businesses
A trade business does not need to manufacture a brand story. The strongest content is often already happening on the job. The important step is building a system that captures the work, explains why it matters and connects it to a clear customer action.
- Real completed work is the strongest starting point for trade-business content.
- A planned mix of proof, education, trust and conversion is stronger than repeated promotion.
- Consistent visual rules make different topics feel like one established brand.
- Clear evidence and safety standards protect credibility.
- Performance claims should follow verified analytics, not assumptions.
Closing Statement
Jim's Electrical already had the service capability and real project work. Yuganta Tech's role was to turn those strengths into a clear, consistent and usable social media system.
The result is a structured monthly campaign that makes the work easier to see, the services easier to understand and the next step easier for potential customers.
